Prenatal Yoga (2007) with Shiva Rea
This is one of the most popular pregnancy dvds. In common with some of the other dvds, this prenatal yoga program has a model for each trimester. Instructor Shiva Rea demonstrates each of the stretches and exercises for the first trimester, and the two pregnant women show modifications for the second and third trimesters.
Gentle and calming, the exercises are perfectly designed for the aches and pains of pregnancy, as well as for birth preparation. In fact, you'll find many of these same poses recommended in the best natural childbirth books.
Shivea Rea is an extremely popular yoga teacher who appeals more to expectant moms who already practice yoga.

The Perfect Pregnancy Workout vol. 2: Yoga with Sarah Steben
This is another routine that is more of an active workout, rather than a gentle slow stretching.
It is 35 minutes, and more oriented to health and fitness than most videos reviewed so far. A unique combination of flexibility and fluid motion, the workout is ideal for every stage of your pregnancy.
The relatively short run time might be too little for those who excercised a lot before pregnancy and have higher fitness levels, For those the Jennifer Wolfe prenatal vinyasa is ideal.
Most women like to have several dvds for different needs, time availablity and energy. This is perfect for a shorter stronger workout.

Crunch Yoga Mama - Prenatal Yoga (2000) with Susan Elkind
Instructor (while pregnant) Sue Elkind leads this 40-minute workout with concise descriptions and a healthy knowledge of yoga as it relates to pregnancy. The content here provides a workout that is both safe and efficient, with great attention to participants' individual fitness levels.
We particularly like that Kegels are practiced (which strengthen the pelvic floor) and are an important part of post natal recovery.
This session is presented with a backdrop class (consisting of women in various stages of their pregnancies) that demonstrates modified and more challenging options to each pose.

Yoga Journal and Lamaze present: Yoga for your pregnancy (2004) with Kristen Eykel
This video has two parts, one of 30 minutes: Energizing & Strengthening. A Gentle flowing practice to build strength and stamina for the demands of labor-and alleviate the discomforts caused by your ever-changing body.
The other part is 15 minutes: Rlaxing & Rejuvenating. It teaches breathing exercises to help you manage contractions-plus meditation techniques to help you relax and concentrate during delivery.
This gives the option of just doing one part or the other depending on how you are feeling, or of course doing both.
